1. State Coordinator Grievance Redressal
- Number of Post: 1
- Salary: ₹40,000 per month
- Educational Qualifications: To apply for this role, you need to have a degree in IT or Computer Science, like a B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc IT, MCA, or M.Sc in IT/Computer Science. You should have scored at least 60% in your studies.
- Experience Required: You need 4-5 years of experience working in a call center, ideally in the government sector. You should know how to run campaigns, manage call centers, and use data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau. You should also understand how to measure the success of call centers and have experience with call center software.
- Age Limit: You should not be older than 40 years as of January 1, 2024.
- Interview Date: The interview for this position will be on August 28, 2024. Be sure to arrive between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM.
2. Junior Executive
- Number of Posts: 2
- Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Educational Qualifications: To apply, you need a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, or Commerce with at least 60% marks.
- Additional Skills: You should also have completed at least a six-month course in computer proficiency, and be good at using basic computer applications like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the internet.
- Age Limit: You need to be between 21 and 38 years old as of August 1, 2024.
- Interview Date: The interview for these positions will be on August 27, 2024. Make sure to arrive between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM.
