Eligibility Criteria for Each Post

1. Junior Assistant – 39 Posts
- Age Limit: Must be below 27 years
- Education Needed: Passed Class 12 (Senior Secondary) from a recognised board
- Skill Needed: Basic computer knowledge like Windows, Network OS, and LAN. You also need to clear a test set by NBE MS
2. Deputy Director (Medical) – 2 Posts
- Age Limit: Should not be more than 35 years
- Education Needed: A postgraduate medical degree approved under the Medical Council Act, 1956
- Extra Advantage (Not Compulsory): Knowledge of medical education tools, question paper making (MCQ), and result analysis will be a plus point
3. Junior Accountant – 4 Posts
- Age Limit: Must be below 27 years
- Education Needed: A Bachelor’s degree with Maths or Statistics, or a Commerce degree from a recognised university. You also need to clear a test set by NBE MS
- Extra Advantage: 3 years of accounts work experience in a government office, along with computer accounting knowledge

- Education Needed: B.Tech, BE, BCA, DOEACC ‘B’ or ‘C’ level, or a degree in Computer Science/IT/Electronics with computer specialisation

For Junior Accountant, Stenographer, and Junior Assistant: There are two stages of selection.

- This test checks Data Entry, Word Processing, Computer Skills, and Stenography (only for Steno post)
- Pass Marks: 40% for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen, 50% for others
There is no interview for Group B and Group C posts.
How Is the Final Merit List Made?
For Junior Accountant, Stenographer, and Junior Assistant, NBE MS will add the marks of Stage I and Stage II together to make the final list.
- If two people get the same marks, the older person gets a higher rank
- This merit list stays valid for 1 year, or until the next hiring, whichever happens first
