IOCL Digboi GNM Nursing Admission 2025

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Assam Oil Division (AOD), Digboi, has officially announced the GNM Nursing Admission 2025 at the Assam Oil School of Nursing (AOSN). Applications are invited from female Indian candidates for the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course for the academic session 2025–26. The institute is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and Assam Nursing Council (ANC).

The online application process has started on 15 August 2025, and interested candidates can submit their forms until 6 September 2025. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

• 10+2 with English and at least 40% marks (35% for SC/ST) from a recognized board.
• 10+2 (Vocational ANM Course) with English from INC-recognized schools – 40% (35% for SC/ST).
• 10+2 (Vocational Health Care Science) with English – 40% (35% for SC/ST).
• Registered ANM with pass marks.

👉 Preference will be given to Science stream students.

Age Limit

• Minimum: 17 years (as on 31.12.2025)
• Maximum: 35 years
• Relaxation: +5 years for SC/ST and +3 years for OBC-NCL
• No age limit for RANM & RLHV candidates

Admission Process

1. Candidates must register for GNMEE-2025, conducted by Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS), Guwahati.
2. Apply online through aocnadmission.in using GNMEE Roll Number & Marks.
3. Upload required documents (Class X/XII certificates, caste/income certificates, ANM registration if applicable, GNMEE scorecard, etc.).
4. Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification and medical examination.
5. Final selection will be based on GNMEE score + income-based weightage.

• Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS)
• Income Certificate (FY 2024–25, issued after 01.04.2025)

• Conversion Certificate (if CGPA/OGPA used)

Rule of Preference

If two candidates secure equal marks, merit will be decided by:

1. Higher marks in English in Entrance Exam
2. Higher marks in General Science
3. If still tied – marks in English, Science, then Mathematics at Class 12 level

Stipend & Training Benefits

Stipend during Course:

• 1st Year – ₹2,500/month
• 2nd Year – ₹2,700/month
• 3rd Year – ₹2,900/month

Facilities:

• Free hostel accommodation
• Medical care at AOD Hospital
• Free uniform

Internship after Course:

• Compulsory 1-year internship at IOCL hospitals
• Stipend: ₹15,250/month (₹1,000 extra if posted outside AOD Hospital)
• May be extended up to 2 years at IOCL’s discretion
