Stipend Details
Selected apprentices will get a monthly stipend during their training period.

Period of Apprenticeship
The training period for most trades is 1 year. However, for the Medical Laboratory Technician trade, the training period is 1 year and 3 months.

Educational Qualification
For Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology) and (Radiology): Candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects, with at least 50% marks in both Class 10 and Class 12.
For Other Trades: Candidates must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation) with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. This 50% rule does not apply to SC/ST candidates. Along with this, candidates must also have a National Trade Certificate (ITI) or a Provisional Certificate from NCVT/SCVT in the notified trade.

Selection Process

- The merit list is made trade-wise, unit-wise, and community-wise.
- Marks from Class 10 (Matriculation) and ITI trade marks are averaged to calculate the final merit score.
- For Laboratory Technician trades, marks from Class 10 and Class 12 (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) are used.
- The total marks of all subjects are counted, not just a few selected subjects.
- For ITI candidates, the average marks from the consolidated mark sheet or the marks mentioned in the provisional NTC certificate will be used.
- Giving wrong or false marks in the application will lead to straight disqualification.
