Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or hold an equivalent qualification approved by the Central Government as of 30th April 2025.
- Final-Year Students: Those in the final year or semester of their graduation can also apply provisionally. However, they must provide proof of passing their final exams on or before 30th April 2025 if shortlisted for an interview.

The age criteria for candidates are as follows:

- Maximum Age: 30 years
Candidates must have been born between 2nd April 1994 and 1st April 2003 (inclusive of both dates).

In addition to the basic pay, POs are entitled to several benefits such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA)/Lease rental, City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), medical benefits, and other allowances as per the prevailing rules. At the Mumbai center, the approximate Cost to Company (CTC) at the starting scale is ₹18.67 lakhs per annum.
