Training Duration & Structure
Selected candidates will undergo 12 months of apprenticeship training, which includes:
- 2 Weeks – Basic Training
- 50 Weeks – On-the-Job Training

Monthly Stipend Details
PNB will pay a fixed monthly stipend during training:
- Rural / Semi-Urban / Urban Branches: ₹12,300 per month
- Metro Branches: ₹15,000 per month

- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University / College (UGC / AICTE approved)
- Result must be declared on or before 31 December 2025
