Educational Requirements:
- Candidates must hold a Commerce degree with a minimum of 50% marks.
- A diploma in Computer Applications from a government-recognized institute is required.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounts in either a government or private sector organization.
- Proficiency in Tally PRIME and Excel is mandatory.
- Candidates with CA (Inter) qualifications will receive an additional 20 marks during the selection process.
Age Criteria (as of 01-01-2024):
- Maximum age limit: 40 years. Age relaxations will be provided according to Assam government norms.

Applicants must submit their applications in the Assam Gazette (Part IX) Standard Form, along with self-attested copies of all necessary certificates, including academic and experience certificates, through Post/Courier to the Secretary, Publication Board Assam, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati-21. Ensure the application reaches the office by 30th September 2024.
Application Fee:
An application fee of ₹300 is required. This should be paid via a demand draft in favor of the Secretary, Publication Board Assam, drawn from any nationalized bank and payable in Guwahati.
