Karimganj District Judiciary Recruitment 2024 – Vacancy Details
There are three types of vacancies available in this recruitment notification:
1. Office Assistant
- Vacancies: 3
- Salary: ₹18,000 per month (Fixed)
- Age Limit: 18 to 40 years as of January 1, 2024 (Age relaxation as per government rules)
- Qualifications: You need to be a graduate in any field from a recognized university. Additionally, you should have a six-month computer course certificate, with skills in MS Office, Internet, and email. Good communication skills and the ability to work with telecommunication systems are also necessary.
2. Receptionist-cum-Data Entry Operator (Typist)
- Vacancies: 1
- Salary: ₹18,000 per month (Fixed)
- Age Limit: 18 to 40 years as of January 1, 2024 (Age relaxation as per government rules)
- Qualifications: Graduation in any field from a recognized university is required, along with a six-month computer course certificate. You should be skilled in MS Office, Internet, and email, and capable of taking dictation and preparing files for court use.
3. Office Peon
- Vacancies: 3
- Salary: ₹12,500 per month (Fixed)
- Age Limit: 18 to 40 years as of January 1, 2024 (Age relaxation as per government rules)
- Qualifications: You should have passed at least Class VIII. If you have passed the HSSLC exam or higher, you are not eligible to apply for this position.
How to Apply for Karimganj District Judiciary Recruitment
If you are interested, you can attend the walk-in interview on August 21, 2024, starting at 10:30 AM. The interview will take place at the office of the Chairman, DLSA, Karimganj. Make sure you reach the venue by 9:30 AM with a filled-up standard form (Assam Gazette Part-IX), self-attested copies of your qualification certificates, and two recent passport-size photographs. Also, bring all your original documents for verification.
Selection Process
- For the Receptionist-cum-Data Entry Operator and Office Assistant positions, there will be a Computer Skill Test followed by a viva-voce (oral interview). The Computer Skill Test will be worth 25 marks, and the viva-voce will be 100 marks. You need to score at least 40% in both to qualify.
- For the Office Peon position, selection will be based only on a viva-voce worth 100 marks. You need to score at least 40 marks to qualify.
