Eligibility Criteria for Assam Jibon Prerana Scheme

1. Permanent Residency
- The applicant must be a resident of Assam.
2. Educational Qualification
- Must be a fresh graduate (only 2025 pass-out).
- Degree should be from a government or public institution of State or Central Government located in Assam.
- Students from private colleges or open universities are not eligible.
3. Employment Status
- The applicant must not be employed in any job.
4. Further Education
- Should not have taken admission in any professional or vocational course.
5. Other Scheme Restrictions
- Should not be a beneficiary of the Mukhya Mantri Nijut Moina Scheme.
6. Parental Eligibility Conditions
- Parents must not be government employees, public office holders, ministers, MLAs, MPs, or pensioners
(Grade IV employees are exempt). - Parents should not be government contractors.
- Family income from profession should not exceed ₹10 lakh per year.
