- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in driving motor vehicles; must have knowledge of motor mechanics

Selection Process – How Will Candidates Be Selected?
The selection for IAF Group C Recruitment 2026 will happen in the following steps:
Step 1 – Application Scrutiny All applications will first be checked for age limit, minimum qualification, and documents. Only eligible candidates will be called for the written test.
Step 2 – Written Test All shortlisted candidates must appear in a written exam. The question paper will be in both English and Hindi.
